- What happens to a free memorial after the 45 days?
- We email you a week before the page expires, and again on the day. If you do not upgrade, the live page goes offline, but you can download the full archive as JSON at any time before that and re-upload to Everli later, or keep it for your own records.
- Can I pay once instead of monthly?
- Yes. Both the Plus and Family plans can be purchased once, for life, instead of a monthly subscription. A lifetime purchase is non-refundable. If you are currently on a monthly plan and buy lifetime, your subscription ends as scheduled and you will not be charged again.
- Can I keep more than one memorial forever?
- Yes. On Basic, an unlock is bought per memorial, so buy one for each person you are remembering. You choose which memorials an unlock applies to, and you can move it later. Unlocks are non-refundable. Plus and Family already keep every memorial you create, so there is no unlock to buy.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your memorials remain readable on the free tier’s terms (single memorial, public visibility). If you have more than one paid memorial, we email you to ask which one to keep on the free tier and give you a generous window to export the others. Nothing is deleted without confirmation from you.
- What if our family wants the page to outlive us?
- Buy the plan once, for life. There is no renewal to remember and no card to keep current, so the memorial does not depend on anyone noticing an expired payment years from now. And if the person who made it passes away, their family can write to hello@everli.life about having it preserved, transferred, or closed. We will not quietly delete a memorial because an account went quiet.
- Can co-editors see private memorials?
- Yes. A co-editor you invite has the same level of visibility you do. They can add photographs, voice recordings, and timeline entries. They cannot change the page’s ownership or billing without your approval.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you are in the first 30 days of your first paid subscription and Everli is not what you hoped for, write to hello@everli.life and we will refund you in full. After that, cancelling simply stops future charges. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, and we say so at checkout before you pay.
- Is there a discount for memorial pages created for a non-profit?
- Yes. Write to hello@everli.life with a short note about the organization and we will set up a reduced or waived plan where it fits.
